just out of curiosity, how much protein can the body utilize in a day? and what would one use to base it on to figure out how much your own body will use in a day? for example, me weighing approx 160-165 lbs, if i were to eat 240 grams of protein a day (doing 1.45 hrs of cardio + a 45-1 hr werights session) would that amount of protein be "too much" for my body to use and cause the rest to be spilled over and "stored" since its too much to "use" , even if am in calorie deficit (by both diet and exercise means) or should shuch a thing not be worried about?:)
