The ? is how should I rep and set Dead's, I'm thinking 1 Rep x 8 should do it or should I do less sets and I don't want to go over 1 rep because of my back and I don't think I'll keep form on a 2 to 3 rep set.
By the way I have read alot of the sticky posts on Deads and that how I got the idea of 1 x 8.

doing singles is a great idea...just make sure to adjust the load as necessary to avoid aggravating your back pain...
