Ok - Am I asking for the impossible here? I'm going to try with the help of my Xenadrine.......but I want to loose 5-6 pounds (today is wednesday) by Saturday in hopes of getting into a pair of leather pants. (Lipo isn't gonna happen darn it!) Maybe I'm dreaming - or wishful thinking!Just had to do a post since I haven't had one for a few! But I swear....since Feburary......when they did fit......they sure as heck don't now BOO HOO! IM FAT! |

NOO!!!!!Actually it might be possible, but it would be TREMENDOUSLY unhealthy. Most of your lost weight would probably come from water and muscle. You'd practically have to starve yourself and you'd end up killing all the work that you've done for the past months. What kind of Xenadrine are you taking (ephedra or non)? -------------- "Don't follow leaders and watch your parking meters!" -- Bob Dylan |

DO a Juice fast! But you have to rest! You will only lose good muscle and water like Mack said!-------------- The trouble with jogging is that, by the time you realize you are not in shape for it, it is too far to walk back! Franklin P. Jones Ivan Montreal Canada |

You may not be able to lose the weight, but here's how to make it look like you have:Cut out sodium and drink extra water starting today, to flush out any puffiness ect. Watch out for anything carbonated or anything else that makes you bloated. The whole evening, be aware of your posture ect, you'll look better. I don't know about you, but I'd rather wear something that fits comfortably that worry about how leather is squeezing my butt all night. -------------- Think you can or think you can't; either way you're right--Goethe |

Just stay the course, don't do anything drastic. 5-6 lbs. cannot mean that much. Remember in the long run, this is about your health. What you are wanting to do can only be acheived by producing a very unhealthy environment. Can't be worth it.-------------- The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary! |

Yea, I found out the hard way today...just only had breakfast and no lunch and went to work out around 5:30. The only protein I had was from the one fried egg (in olive oil) that I had. I couldn't lift worth %$#X! And I didn't like how my lifting got affected. I think what bothers me the most is - these fit in February and here it is December and they are WAY too tight - not worth it at this point...but they are a reminder that when they fit like they should..........I've hit a milestone! THAT, I want to achieve...besides.........I can NOT afford to buy a whole new wardrobe at this point. I know too that I pig out on way too many carbs and don't take in enough protein at all! I lack protein big time and that may be part of my problem with working out and gaining any strides in my lifting in some areas. We live.............we learn! |

Note that this loss WILL be water and muscle tho... is that really what you want? (The Water will come back, and the muscle.. eventually... also.)--S |

It of course, didn't happen, who was I fooling...BUT I looked good anyway with what I wore. Tomorrow, January 13th I am starting a whole different program. Im actually going to try what the have on here. I normally never work my legs as their size is not a problem. But, I'm going to work them into a workout as well as my arms and the cardio. IT would be so nice to be able to afford a personal trainer but that isn't going to happen. So, I'll see if I can get this site to work (never done it so I don't know how easy it is to use...) and see if after 3 months, I have changes. |
