I know my body has been through some tremendous strain lately, BUT....that doesn't mean the thought of competing again in the Seattle To Portland Bicycle Classic hasn't crossed my mind in the last few weeks. Time is flying by fast and I just have to do it again!

Any tips on how to slowly start training for this after coming out of chemo would be grateful. I am already back to walking daily and slowly, progressively adding light exercises into my daily routine, with the approval of my doctor ofcourse.
I just thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone has any other tips for the event which will take place in July 2007.
Things I need to build up AGAIN!!
Strength
Endurance
Speed
A Butt That Won't Get Sore! LOL!
