Im 16 and iv been working out since i was 13. i been religiously going to the gym at least 5 times a day and its been 3 years and i got big but idk why i just stoped getting big and i was just seeing if i should take the new Methyl-1-D test booster

before you take anything...examine your workout and diet. Have you switched your routine? Have you been consistent?
At 16 you are manufacturing enough testosterone and growth hormone on your own. I really doubt you have stopped growing.
Focus on quality food and change your routine up a bit, see if in a few weeks you don't see some results.

Typically when you reach a plateau, it means you need to adjust your training routine and/or your diet. If you want to get big, you have to eat big. At your age, you do not need a test booster. That's not your problem. Gains are made by eating huge amounts of food. Analyze your diet before you do anything. Log everything you eat for 3-7 days and adjust your calories accordingly.
