So - what is everyone hoping to achieve in the new year?

Some of my goals for 2007 are:

To finally organize my finances, create a budget and stick to it.

To be consistent with my routine and avoid overtraining.

To be debt-free by 2008!

To study for and finally obtain my Group Fitness Instructor certification!

Make my Ebay business profitable.

Get back into making/selling my handmade soaps & toiletries at craft shows.

Gain control over my house (I'm already getting a handle on it and hope to be in complete control by this time next year).

Get my bf to get the junked cars out of my yard and his other crap out of my garage.

Get my bf to start contributing financially.

1. Knock-um Down and Keep-um Down! (Don't Ask, I Won't Answer)
2. Put my life back in order! (Don't Ask, I Won't Answer)
3. Get Bowling career going! (ESPN I'm Coming For You!)

Although all 3 will happen #3 will come last and most likely not until 2008 but I will get going and start hitting the Regional Stops until ready for the National Tour but #'s 1 and 2 must come 1st.

As far as training goes in the gym I'm never going to stop and will shoot for strength gains instead of huge mass gains, lucky enough some mass will come with the strength but I think you all get my point. Every time I watch reruns of The Incredible Hulk I say Lou is a BAD ASS and I wanna look like that even if I have to be green but I also believe for my other sport I must remain allot leaner to achieve my goals.

Never truly attained the goals I had in mind for 2006, but what the heck, let's dream some up for 2007.

- Get the 12% bodyfat I was thinking I could do by the end of this year. haha...
- Bench Press 200lbs (I know, not the biggest measure of strength, I just want to do it.)
- Break my DL barrier of 300lbs.
- Get the finances in order (seems to be popular!)
- Be happy. :)

Master building Mission style furniture. I went from hating that style to obsessed with it. (How's that for being completely unfitness related?)

Thats a Great Movie RV, The Big Rolling Turd!

I'm sure I'll end-up with 1 but more on a smaller sized 1 rather then a Tour Bus type.

Oh ya...that was a pretty funny movie. But Bounders do come smaller than a bus. A great tour bus is a "Prevost" (the st are silent)and they also can make a great mobile office.

Well I did manage a few of my goals in 2006, like doing the triathlon and improving my golf game, but I missed a few, which I'll carry over to 2007..doing an unassisted pullup and dropping my %bodyfat. Some new ones include tightening up my spending so we can invest in a new business, competing in a full length triathlon, and to remain injury free (so I can actually do the unassisted pull up!) But my main goal is to continue to live a healthy lifestyle!
