hi im trying to gain weight do weight gainers work or is it easier to gain weight by eatting 6 small dinners a day?

Eat real food (Healthy) and train hard. Be patient.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!

You need to eat more calroies than you are burning, eat clean food so you don't gain fat

Yep, agreed with the others. Most commercial weight gainers are loaded with fillers and sugars to make more calories. Increasing your whole food intake is much wiser.
If you have trouble eating more, and 'need' a weight gainer, you could make your own. Something like milk, oats, a couple scoops of protein powder, a piece of fruit, and some heavy cream or peanut butter will make a high calorie nutritious shake.
