Hey all, I am just about to finish up my 8 week plan that I have been following from this website. I've never been stronger. Now... where do I go from here? Should I enter in new information to try and get some different routines? My current plan that I am on and about to finish is the gain muscle mass training, 3 days a week as a beginner, any advice appeciated. Thanks!
I would go in with another 8 week plan, with the same goals, you will see quite an improvement compared to your first week on the 1st program. The exercises will be the same but switched around. You might want to add in a shoulder specialty.
