Do you write down what you eat everyday? If not, start doing that, it will help you see where you are going wrong. Protein rich, lo carb foods are cottage cheese, tuna, chicken (no skin), lean steak, and many more. Nuts are also swell.

Turkey, fish, eggs are excellent along with lumina's list. Get yourself a good protein or MRP and you can quickly add 30-40 grams per serving.

I am a vegetarian so getting enough protein (170 grams) is a bit difficult. However, I eat a lot of egg whites, cottage cheese and protein supplements and am able to get enough each day. If you eat meat and fish it is a lot easier and if you follow the advice given in the previous posts you should be able to hit your target.
