i,m new to weight lifting. actually i'm new to everything. i play womens pro football. this is my 1st year; and i have to get my body into major shape. i have to drop 50 lbs by april and at the same time add muscle. i'm 44% body fat and 194lbs of muscle. for a total weight of 243lbs. what can i do? please help i really don't know how to do this the right way.
There are some good programs on this site that can help you. If you wat to , try going into the nutrition area and it will tell you what you need as far as Protein carbs fats and calories. There is an exercise area that will design a program for you. If you need more help, we will be glad to help out.
