Ok, here is my situation I am a wrestler, and when the season started I weighed 138.4lbs and didn't know my BodyFat%, about 2 weeks ago, I weighed 125.4 and had 6%, well, were 3 weeks into the season and I am wanting to drop down to 112 lbs by January 4th, is this possible, or healthy? the lowest I have gotten so far is 117.4 please reply.

Interesting post, but your numbers seem off. By my math, at 6% bodyfat, you could only get to about 117 at 0%. Anything less than that would have to be muscle loss. Either your bodyfat % is higher, or 117 is about as low as you go without dehydrating or losing muscle. I know wrestlers do some crazy things to get their weight down, but don't sacrifice your health. Think longterm rather than short term.
