i know you cant spot train..but if i understand correctly there are certain exercises that will work different heads/parts of the body part..

so i was wondering what exercises give that ripped/cut/tight look in the middle of the chest/cleavage area?

my chest is building up nicely in the upper area..but wont to start shaping and cutting..if its possible

Here's a link that I just finished reading. I would think that it's for people who are probably much more advanced in their routines, but it definately seems like it would do the trick in the areas you've specified.

Hope it helps.

I like to add flyes to my chest routine when I'm wanting to add some definition. I sent you a pm with a little more detail.

I like dumbbell flies too. I'm going to have to get another dubbell set the because I don't have enough to weight to do them now. But I bought a 300-lb barbell set so been mainly doing incline and bench for now. Bench push-ups are also great!!

i forget about those..ty KC..im gonna start doing those again...i used to do them at home before i joined the gym..they are great..altho i did wall push-ups which i guess are better than nothing...really have to concentrate on squeezing the chest if you do it that way..
