I dont know bro, havent you see that new commercial on tv advertising its super fat burning pill where the main ingredient is hoodia, muscle & fitness article supplements guide says hoodia has pretty good rating.

I'd say nay, based on the info found here:

Hoodia isn't a fat burner, it's a (supposed) appetite suppressant.
Arguments against include the fact that Pfizer had the rights and just released them in 2002. If they couldn't get something decent out of it, who can?
They claimed it's just too hard to synthesize or extract the active ingredient (P57), so current supplements probably don't have enough to do anything. If you overcompensate, you'll probably end up with too much other stuff from the plant, which can be bad for your liver.
So at this point, it's unsubstantiated hype, fueling the supplement and evil spammer industries!

i took it for about two weeks.probably not long enough to make a judgement...plus i wasnt incorporating w/ a healthy diet...sooo...need i say more..hehehhee
