hi i'm a newbie at all of this and i just found my partners hand weights, so i thought i'll steal em' and try out some excersizes i have noticed alot about weights in these forums and how good they are to lose weight and bumps, they dont necessarily bulk you up which i dont want to do, but what should i be doin with these weights???
You shouldn't have to worry about bulking. Us females have to work harder to bulk so with just small handweight you should be okay check out wrestlers sticky in the females section its at the top. it will tell you about women and bulking its a good read.
