What is supposed to happen here.

I can't get a daily menu-guide going here(e.g breakfast, snack, lunck, snack, dinner, snack) I was with the impression that it will set something up that works in conjunction with your Fitness Plan.

e.g

Breakfast (ft menu)
Snack (ft menu)
Lunck (ft menu)

So forth and so on. Along with recommended pre-and post work out intake.

If it does do this, then I'm doing something wrong. Can anyone enlighten me on how this actually works and looks once completed?

Thanks.

I don't think the nutritional plan generates menus, that is so personal, as far as what you woll eat, what you won't. the nutrition plan gives you guidelines and a tracking system, and will generate charts based on the things you put in the tracker daily.

As far as menu plans, that is something you will need to figure out - divide the amount of protein you need in a day by 5-6, and that is how much you need for each meal/snack, then do the same with your carbs and fat, that is a good start, then you fit the foods you eat into those guidelines.

Thx for the heads up.
