I recently heard that grape seed extract is a way better antioxidant than vitamin C and should be taken preworkout to reduce the build up of free radicals. Is anyone using this currently? If so how much do you take and how often? Also where it the best place to buy (price/quantity) and best brand.

Grape seed extract is very good, especially for insulin response

Studies suggest it may have more potent free radical-scavenging activity than vitamin C, vitamin E and beta carotene
