Justin - you've probably seen this all over this site but in order to lose fat in your chest area, you have to reduce overall body fat. There's probably going to be some disagreement about this but depending on how intensely you are willing to work out, the main difference between a mass program and a cutting program is diet and cardio. Filling out your profile will help others answer better. It's hard to offer help on where to go when we don't know where you're starting at. One thing I've seen, is that if you aren't extremely overweight to start with you can make some pretty impressive gains in a short time because of your body size. Then again, that depends completely on how committed you are to reaching your goals.

This top post was so long ago, I now weight around 190, and not using the freetrainers calorie calculator. I am 17 , and my calories for losing weight per day was 3450, How was i supposed to lose weight eating that much? Well, i did my own thing, so i lost around 30-40 lbs from just eating less, i stopped drinking soda, unless sometimes it was diet, only ate wheat bread and never white. Started eating more veggies and subway. I also run a lot more now. Went from X-large to a comfortable large, and still going.
As a young adult i am constantly around bad eating habits with school and such, so if i can do it, ANYONE CAN
