One and a half times your body weight bench. good job, but not something that is not pretty easily obtainable by most injury free athletes. welcome to ft, and keep up the good work

But my dad can still beat up your dad.... :)
Had to throw that in.

6-2 220 isn't a bad high school platform to start on. I was a wonderful 135 in high school. And I forgot to mention 10 foot tall and bullet proof. I don't know what bf% you are at, but with knew and shoulder injuries in your past I would take it easy for a while, and SLOWLY work your way up. Another injury can put you out of commission for 3+ months.

what can you squat, deadlift, military press? how much weight can you do on chin ups/pull ups?

your bench it's fine....tho you had it twisted...bench is pretty low on the totem pole...not your numbers in it....

gotcha, i;ve been cleared by the doctors to do my full workout schedule as long as i stick to my physical therapy. And im am going to take this VERY slow. I re-hurt my shoulder last year trying to max out on bench and tried too much stupidly. So i've learned my lesson
i squat 375
Powerclean 220
Deadlift around 315
(^All one rep maxes)
I can do prob 30 pushups without a break
and i can only unfotuantly do about 3 pull ups
And for military press, i've never maxed out on that for fear of hurting my shoulder. But i do rep with 45-55 lb dumb bells depending on my reps and sets. I typically will do 3x10 or 4x8/6. all depends on my set worjout for the day

It looks like your deadlift should be more with that kind of squat, but other than that I would just recommend a 3-4 day split routine to cover all bases and then you will see your weak spots catch up to your good areas.
good luck.
