Sign up for a plan at the top of the screen where it says exercise program - it wioll ask you some questions about your goals and then generate a plan for you.

I'm in the same boat with you I'm 6'1" 282 and I need to lose weight for a job (Corrections Officer). All I have access to is my free weights at home (actually outside) and a road nearby to jog on. Any advice would help.

Hey..

Welcome to FT.

First, fill out your profile.

Second, you have a great start with that gear already. If you have heavy enough weights, you have lots of options.

Grab a free program from FT and you're well on your way.
