HEY WHATS UP GUYS I HAVE BEEN TRAINING AND DIETING PRETTY HARD GOING ON 4 WEEKS NOW, I HAVE MESSED UP A COUPLE TIMES ON MY DIET BUT OVERALL DOING PRETTY WELL,AND ITS LIKE 1 DAY MY BODY LOOKS GOOD AND THE NEXT I FEEL LIKE MY STOMACH IS ALL FLABBY AND I HAVE NO MUSCLE....IS THIS NORMAL???... I AM WANTIN TO TONE UP SOME AND ADD A LITTLE MUSCLE, THEN HOPEFULLY BLOW UP..I JUST WANTED TO KNO IF THIS IS NORMAL OR ALL IN MY HEAD.....ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT, THANKS EVERYONE

Day to day changes are just not possible. Water weight is the only answer to this, or just all in your head. Use the same mirrors...different mirrors will make you look totally different.
