I have tried every diet in the book and a few that aren't. I'm tired of gaining weight every time I diet. I am restricted as to what movement I can do with Fibromyalgia and a bad hip. So, I'm feeling really hopeless and found this and thought I'd try it for a while and see how it goes.

Hello and welcome.
Its not necessarily what you do, its more a combination of what you do and what you eat. In order to lose weight, you need to eat a little less than you use. If you don't do that, you won't lose weight. If you check around the boards you will find lots of information on what you can do and what you can eat.
