if it has an infomercial I tend to say it doesn't work...thats my general rule of thumb

I just looked at it and it is somewhat hype... I can see some small benefits from it, but the way they push it is bull.

Well I was just on the site and you are right sounds like the same work it is given here only that they add the use of yoga and kenpo . Just started working out tonight using the bow flex and will be using free weight and a weight machine inter changing every week see how it works out.
I welcome any ideas.
Thanks!

So a friend gave me a copy of P90X. With work, I unfortunately dont have time to go to a gym. I have a weight bench at home and an elliptical, but I wanted some more structure and guidance.
P90X was my answer (I have no affiliation to P90X). The thing with P90X is there is no gimmick. No get fit the easy way claims. For me the most important thing is it has structure. It has a plan, which for me was the hardest thing to come up with. It tells you when to workout, has sheets that have the exercises listed where you can put in your reps and how much weight you did and the video to show you how to do it.
They have very creative ways of doing exercises I never thought possible without a gym. All you need is a few dumbells or elastic bands.
The workouts are very hard. Most of them are an hour long (yoga is 1.5 hours). For the first two weeks I could not complete a single workout. In addition to weight training, they have Kempo, Plyometrics (great for any athelete), Yoga (this is the hardest thing I have ever done. It really targeted my weak areas), Cardio, Abs, Core and an amazing stretching video for your day off (again, they have amazing ways of doing stretches that I would have never thought of).
For those of you who do not belong to a gym and workout at home, need some structure, guidance and some motivation I highly recommend P90X!
