Hey ya'll, im new to the FT community as you all know. Im a junior in highschool and play football. Im a defensive end and offensive tackle. Im 6'2" 215 lb. Just came here to get some pointers on lifting and diet. I want to have a killer senior season next year and hope to cut down on my body fat and build muscle. I've been doing my typical workouts 5 days a week but have been adding many more ab exercises and im already getting results. I've cut all the bad stuff out of my diet and have lost 20 lb since the end of football season. Looks like im off to a good start!!!
Is jumping rope a good way to burn body fat? I do them everday rotating different types of jumps. I pob do at least 1000 jumps a day. I also have weighted jump rope where each handle is around 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. Any other ideas on how to kill this fat?
Ive heard Jumping rope is an excelent cardio workout. Just keep at your diet and change up your workout routine. Sounds like your off to a good start.
