so im taking whey protein, i take it in the morning and before and after workout. Is that a good combination? I know i dont get exactly 165g of protein eveyrdya here in iraq. When would be the best time to use it if im in the wrong?

Well, if that is all you have to make up your protein needs, then use it whenever. PWO is your best bet though.
I would suggest if available whole foods any other time of day.
It is a rapid digesting protein. However, having whole food/mixed meals with this or adding casein can change things.

Yep, after you work-out is best. But being in Iraq, I would take it whenever you don't have other sources of protein to take.
