After my daughter was born I joined LA Weight Loss and completed the program. Since her, I was pregnant and on bedrest for 6 months... and then miscarried. Depression set in , and lets just say food helped me feel better ( for the moment). So, Now I'm ready to lose all the weight again. But do not have the time or $$ to join LAWL again. But since I have all the papers from round one I'll try again on my own.

My diet consists of :

2 1/2 serv. protein (usually chicken breast 5 oz . per serv. )

4 serv. veggies ( 1/2 cup raw or 1/4 cup cooked per serving)

2 4 oz serv. of skim milk

3 serv. starches ( 1 slice 40 cal. bread per serv.)

3 serv. of fruit ( serv. vary on type of fruit)

1 serv. fat ( 1 tbs. oil or lite butter)

2 protein bars ( ZONE Perfect is my fave..8-20 grams of protein, about5-6 grams fat,around 200-230 cal. , 23-28 g carbs.)

extras include 64 hr H20,up to 24 oz. crystal light

Ive just completed week 1, and have only lost 2 lbs...should I change anything???

How much do you want to lose in a week? 2 lbs. is fine. Stay with it. Don't know how many calories you needd, but if this is working, then proceed if you are happy(don't feel deprived, starved, etc.)

I was wondering how much this diet and program actually costs? (sorry if this is a personal question?) i was just very intrigued by this and wanted to know how they actually help or did help you loose weight or how they figured up your diet and program based on what factors?
