Should i consume less calories on days i dont lift weights? I do ab work outs everyday for about 45 min, i lift weights 5 days a week. Hope that helps.
Your profile says you want to lose fat and gain speed along with a 'beach body'. Diet is your key to these goals. To lose fat and gain the 'beach body', taking in less calories than maintenance will be required on an average daily basis. Ab workouts do little but burn calories.
