Hi I am new to this I just am fed up with my weight and getting winded walking up a flight of stairs. I am 39 years old I weigh 267 lbs, I am 5"7'. I am so tired of being over weight I wasn't like this my whole life. In school I was on the swimming team, ran cross country and played field hockey. Now I have 2 kids and 1 was in the hospital for 8 months so I ate and sat and ate..... Now I look at my kisda and I know i have to do something but were do I start and what kind of exercise program do I do. So I am hope I will gets lots of help her. Thanls for listening.

As for a routine, there are free ones on this site. Great starter programs.

In the meantime, start doing some sort of movements.... walking is good...

Remember not to go all gung ho the first time... take it easy and work up to heavier weights and cardio.
