Hiya! I'm here just to get in shape. It's not that I'm terribly out of shape or terribly overweight. It's that I could be in better shape, and I could lose a few pounds. Everything looks good with the exercise plan, and I'm sure I'll post something of an update along the way.
Oh, and the driving force behind this is my desire to take my wife to Jamaica in July/August. A place like that is not where you want to be self-concious about how your body looks. So, I've got about 6-7 months. The only question I have relates to the way my fitness plan is laid out. It says for each day to do 15, 15, 12, 10 of each item. Now, what I did was to rotate through each exercise, doing 15 (or as many as I could) of each, then 15, then 12, then 10. Can someone tell me if that is correct? Or should I stick on one exercise doing 15, wait a certain amount of time, do 15, wait, do 12, wait, then do the last 10 and move onto the next exercise?

How much of a wait should there be between each set? Also, is it normal to start at a total of 52 on your first day of exercising? I admit that most of them I was able to do, but my upper-body muscles are lacking, and I did terrible at those. I did as much as I could, but it wasn't even half of what was listed.
Oh, and thanks for a the quick reply already!
