I need someone for helping me manage my time for eating. I don't know what time i should eat. According to my schedual of working, I work at 11.30 am untill 11.30. I know that i should eat 5-6 meals a day but i try to manage my meal it seems i can't fit 5-6 meal in a day because i m worry that if i eat at night i will gain weight. Moreover, why the more i exercise, the more i gain weight. I am really depressed , i can't see any result from my work out. Thank you everybody for your helping.
