I am curious about how to fill out the log of how much I did of my fitness plan. When it asks for the "Weight Used", should I be putting anything for push-ups and crunches and things that don't use actual "weights"? Or should I put MY weight?
Some people put in their weight. I don't put anything in for pushups but I do put in say 5lbs for crunches if I use a weight held against my chest while I am doing them.
I guess it is up to you, the important thing is to remain consistant once you decide which way to go.
