=)... I know this may sound like an akward topic but I was wondering if anyone has advice about how to loose weight in your face.. 0_o.. I dont know if that makes sense but my I happen to have chubby cheeks and it makes the rest of my body seem unproportional. I have definition almost everywhere else on my body but this one things seems to be bugging me. Thanks!

Well don't smile! (Just kidding). If you excersize regularly and have a good diet, the fatty tissue will disappear over time, but remember you cannot spot reduce. It sheds in due time. Good Luck!

Yes you need to loose a little fat. Don't worry your cheeks will go as well (ever seen any competors with chubby cheeks?!! (o;

Thanks for the advice =). I had a follow up question though...How much cardio do you think is ideal for someone trying to loose body fat but retain lean muscle. Over the summer I ran about 3 miles 3-4 times a week. However, the problem was I also think I lost lean muscle since I couldn't lift as much weight as before. Any suggestions to loosing the body fat without the lean muscle?

Eat more proteins and good fat and lower your total carb intake.
Get some Glutamine and BCAA as well.
Cardio 3-5 times a week for 30-45 mins.
With all the supps, good recuperation and food then you shouldn't be loosing too much lean muscle mass.

im just wondering, wot kind of food do u need to eat and not so that the fat tissue will disappear from my fat cheeks cuz i got the fat cheeks problems too.....
