How much of a difference in your rate of fat loss would you expect if you started popping omega 3/6 fish oil capsules?
Any personal experiences with it?
(ive plateaued for a long time in fat loss and am looking for anything to push over this point)
thanks

That is impossible to answer, and really makes little difference. If 'popping' fish oil caps puts you over your calorie needs, you will see no weight loss at all. Fish oil is not magic, just a great supplement. Do not confuse it with any kind of fat burner.

It may be time to over indulge a Little bit for about 4 to 8 weeks then go back on your diet.
Eat at Maintenance Level for about 4 o 8 weeks or a tad higher if your lifting heavy and then when you diet back you will drop some%.
I did this while plateaued at about 14% body fat and got to 12% with this method, long term dieting will stall up on you.
I have been taking fish oil for a some time now and you will still plateau on it.
Fish Oil is great to take so keep taking it but take O'3 not 3,6,9

i didn't think it was a magic burner, but evidence seems to point to that it does make a difference if you incorporate omega 3s. Question is if its a significant difference.
Thought it might be nice to check other peoples experiences to see if it is indeed worthwhile to incorporate.

Very worthwhile for all the other benifits of it and yes it used as also GOOD FATS source of your diet will help.
I take 8 caps a day to help me get in my fats plus take them for the other benifits.
I started my kids on 4 caps in the morning a couple months back and the teachers have notice a difference in their attention and concentration.
If your just looking for extra aided help try Green Tea Extract and Apple Cider Vineagar also some Grapefruit in the morning.
