Hello I am 22 yrs old and want to eventually have a baby but I also now weigh 300lbs and want to get in some kind shape other than a blob before I do. The thing I dont understand is I dont eat unhealthy! I eat lots of veggies and fruits and drink lots of water, I dont eat junk food anymore and plus im allergic to Chocolate! I dont do alot of exercise but I do walk alot!! I cant seem to lose any weight! Im looking for some ideas to maybe get going at losing weight. But please keep in mind after my car accident my doctors say I cant lift over about 10lbs. Thanks so much and good luck to everyone!!!:love:
Welcome to ft. My suggestion is to start keeping a food journal. Write down everything you eat and when you eat it. Most of us are very surprised at how much we actually eat or snack on with out really realizing it.
If you haven't already you can sign up for the exercise and nutritional programs here. They are both worth it.
How long ago was the car accident? You need to sit down and talk with your doctor before you start the exercise program to find out exactly what you are allowed to do and not do.
