Well first off for those of you that are unfamiliar with this, it is a diet designed for your blood type. I tried for two months and am very unhappy with results, you may ask why I stayed with it. The reason was it said to give it two months for true results so I did. The results were added 2.5 inches to waist, 1 in to stomach, so on and so forth I think you get the picture. The main problem I think was my protein was greatly reduced no dairy at all little chicken & fish mostly red meat fruit & veggies. too high in carbs I think. Any way I am back on track with a new diet program, have been with it only a few days so far but feel great my strength is returning and I have tones of energy once again. If you are interested in the "eat right for your type" diet dont take my results to affect your decision, it may work for you. I just wanted to post my results as I said I would.

Just proves once again that proper old fashioned good nutrition wins again! And imagine if you didn't excersize? btw. Dr. Atkins was on TV the other night, people were asking questions, It is amazing....the word "excersize" never came up! Just thought I would add that!
