Ok I am desperate to get this last baby weight off. I am sitting at 163 and its not moving like I want it to. I started taking trimspa and I am now taking zantrex-3 also. My energy is through the roof but and i dont stop moving all day long. I work out and I am chasing kids arounds. I drink 2 milkshakes a day with fat free yogurt low carb yogurt and about a cup of strawberries mixed with one atkins low carb shake. I then will eat a full meal at dinner usually salad with chicken breast. I am not losing, what am I doing wrong? Any advice would be wonderful.

If you don't get enough calories your body will go into survival mode and start storing fat. Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day is best. If you have access to weights, building muscle will help you raise your metabolism and help you get where you want to be!
