When ever i start working out with weights i get sore for about 4-5 days, I'm a server at a restaurant, and i was wondering if there was anything i could do to still get a good work out in and not be so sore so i can still carry the trays .

Try supplementing with creatine, it helps heal to an extent. Also you might try to ease into your workouts a little until your body is more used to the routine.

Also might try a protein supplement.........

i find that after not working out for a while, stretching after you work out ant drink lots of water. Thats where i get my fastest recovery time. Everyone goes throught it, and it sucks every time.
