Hi, My name is Ryan Gerts. I am 14 years old and I absolutely love football. I have recently become interested in supplements. I am a freshman in high school and got moved up to sophomore football squad. But the coaches plan to move me up to varsity next year. The only problem is I am 190 pounds and have to get stronger. I have been aggressively weightlifting for the past 3 months but nothing is really happening. The scale says I am 195 but I don?t show it. So I am here to find out about others experiences with supplements. But even if I do not get a big as I want im sure ill do well in football. If any of u has any advice I would be greatly thankful.
1. Get my bench press max up to 230.
2. Get built and buff for next football season.
3. Hopefully make varsity because of these results.

The guys will be able to help you more...but stay away from supplements...all you need is lots of food and keep adding weight to that bar...

Are you in TX?????

I'm guessing you need more food.
