Mix 6 tbs. teriyaki sauce w/ 2 tbs brown sugar. Brush 2 , 6oz. salmon fillets w/ olive oil (I use Pam spray olive oil flavor) sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Place fillets (skin-side down) in a hot skillet. Sear for 3 min on ea. side. Add teriyaki sauce and cook til done. (usually 3-4 min.) And serve w/ whole wheat rice.
I love ta use marinades. Alot of times I'll make grilled chicken. I mix fat free Italian and Catalina salad dressing.(if you don't like catalina you can use french) and sometimes a little pineapple juice.
