Hey everyone, I started on Dec 4 2006. I'm on a intermediate weight loss and definition program with abdominals(5 days a week). I'm currently a week behind due to a cold, but things seem to be going quite well. I used to have a hard time gaining muscle, and weight gain was never a problem. Now, as I get older things seem to be changing. It's now tough for me to keep the weight off, but gaining muscle mass is a little bit easier than when I was younger. I have one more week to go on this program, then I think that I'm going to try and concentrate on gaining muscle mass. I'm very pleased with this site, lots of good information.

First welcome to FT. Why would you work your abs 5 days a week? They need rest just like every other muscle.

Welcome to freetrainers. Good luck and have fun with the programs.

A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!
