Hey, I was wondering if there was any way to lose like 30 lbs. by the end of april (that is when I go to NewYork for a spring break trip). I want to look good and I need to lose at LEAST 30lbs to even look decent. So if there is any kind of cardinal rules that I could follow or some kind of somethings I could do , could someone please reply. Also I am looking for a buddy to chat to and to help each other stay on track so if you are interested I am 15/f. so thanks a bunch, i hope to hear replys soon !
