Hey,
I was wondering if there was any way to lose like 30 lbs. by the end of april (that is when I go to NewYork for a spring break trip). I want to look good and I need to lose at LEAST 30lbs to even look decent. So if there is any kind of cardinal rules that I could follow or some kind of somethings I could do , could someone please reply. Also I am looking for a buddy to chat to and to help each other stay on track so if you are interested I am 15/f. so thanks a bunch, i hope to hear replys soon !

No magic but hard work. Training diet and NO cheating!

Yes as philia says you can do it but it takes hard work with no cheating. That's your cardinal rule. Check your e-mail!!!!!!
