Hi, I'm 18, and have been searching for ways to get in shape. I'm 6''1', roughly 145-150 pounds, and am by no means "fat", however I do have fat around my obliques, abs, and chest area thats a nuisance (especially the chest area because I'm pretty self conscious...big nipples and all). I bike during the summer, but in Chicago it's way too cold to start until March-ish. My diet is so-so, I eat well by most people's standards but I almost never eat breakfast, and 3-4/7 days I miss lunch. I have a bench press at home, and have access to a gym. I know this sounds cliche, but I'm looking for relatively fast results, and yes, I know results don't show for a while. What can I do to lose some of that grabbable fat around my waist and chest area?

I'm not so much interested in losing fat as toning up and looking like most teens my age. Should I just do 5 days of cardio, or mix it in with some weight training?
