how do i lose my gut i drank alot in high school at partys and stuff. but when i got out of school my gut got bigger ive done everything to lose it im eating right 2 meals a day watching what i eat and drink. i drink water all the time. is there any thing i can do to lose it fast?

Well, what you are doing now is only going to make it get bigger!! If you don't get enough nutrition, your body will go on "survival" mode and store fat!!
You should be eating 5-6 smaller meals per day. Do a little reading here and you'll get a better platform to base your plan on. Good luck|!!

DJZ, your best bet would be to read all the sticky's in each forum before you even started a diet or exercise program. You will form a solid foundation upon which to get started!!
It's 8:30 here and I already had my pre-workout protein drink,post workout protein drink, and am about to eat breakfast :)
