Alright people, Names chris and just joined on this site to get some ideas on programs because i need a new one.

Its not really a problem but i have not seeked any advise on my weightlifting,
I take creatine and whey protein isolate
work out Mon,Tue,Thur,Fri
I take creatine in the morning and a protein shake
before workout i have another creatine and then after workout i have another creatine and protein shake.
Is there anything wrong with that?

For starters I'm not an expert but I think others will tell you the same as I am about to.

I see nothing wrong with the protein drinks. I generally take one pre & one post workout plus at intervals throughout the day as I see needed to fill some voids between meals.

You should chill a bit on the creatine however. One 30 minutes or so pre workout & another post workout is plenty. Many will argue that the pre workout creatine is all you need as the muscles can only handle so much at a time.
