Okay, so I'm trying to fill in my foods I've eaten for the day in my Nutrition Plan. I find it hard because
a) some foods aren't even listed and b) it only gives you a certain amt.
For instance, I had a salad yesterday, I sprinkled about a tbsp of low-fat cheese on it. In the Food Guide there is only say 1 cup listed. Should I have skipped putting it down or filled in the 1 cup? What do I do if my food isn't listed?
