Today I bought Yinhao Green tea in a green tin it also said Shan Wai Shan Tea on it and the rest is in Chinese.
I opened and it was loose leaf tea that looked balled up like rodent turds.
Taste great and there is something about it that pushes it over the ground-up bagged stuff.
Anyhow it's even cheaper then most bagged teas as I paid $2.99 for a 8 oz can while a box of 100 packets is 6 to 7 oz.
Also with tea bags I get 1 use out of them and this stuff is said to get 3 or more.
To top it off BB1fit has said a few times in other posts that the loose leaf is best to get because it's gone through less processing and I can taste the truth in that!
Ummmm Yummmyy Tea at it's finest!

Yeah, mmmm, sounds delicious. But yeah, I agree, I always try to find loose tea when I can. There are a lot of online resources for good quality loose teas, but hard to find in the store. Even my local health food store, which used to sell bulk herbal teas, only sells bags now.

Conformation!
You can get 4 Asian sized uses but so far I have gotten 2 American sized uses which still beats they 1 serving per packet and the servings I use weigh the exact same as a packet does.

I have always preferred bulk teas to bag teas.

After searching the net allot about this tea it seems to be known more widely as Gunpowder Tea.

Tea bags only usually contain the powdery dust from the real leaves etc.

That is why you should look for whole leaves and buds tea bags. Many good health food stores carry them.

I got some for Xmas in the clear Triangular Bags but I prefer bulk because the price for 1 and I control how how to spoon up per cup.
