Hi,

I am new to this website and hope to learn things that I can apply in action. I am a 27 year old male (height-5'10.5", weight-197lbs) and want to reach 160lbs (a long way to go). I have been doing cardio for 30-60 minutes for a month (mostly running or biking) and have lost much (~3lbs). I do see what I eat but many a times skip my breakfast. Please suggest me what I should do to reach the goal. I haven't tried weights as I have gangloid cysts in wrists. Doing a push up is an achievement by itself :(. Hope the experts and experienced ones can throw some lights.

You should probably fill out your profile, so we have some information to analyze. Hopefully when you say you want to lose 37 lbs, you mean lbs of fat. A good diet will maintain muscle and lose the fat you do not want. I'm not sure about the lifting situation with the situation with your wrists. Someone who knows more will have to explain.
