Right can anyone help me here, as with everyone, after a night of alcohol i'm starving and tend to pick up a burger on the way home with my housemates.
Considering I'm not usually sober at this point are there any quick and easy foods u could recommend to squash this hunger as a result of drinking.
I'm a student, so of course, I drink. But workout hard to compensate, I just wanna rid of the greasy foods from takeaways after a night out.
The most important thing to do is to rehydrate yourself. I find the sports drinks work pretty well. It's always a good idea to drink some water while drinking alcohol as well. Not only will it decrease the amount of alcohol you intake, but it will help keep you hydrated.
