hello everyone, well im new at this so stay with me.. im very serious about my new diet, im only looking to lose about 15 pounds and tone up my upper body.. this may be a silly question but what would be a good way to start running in the morning, 15 mins run on treadmill then progress? i really dont have a clue. im in farely good shape but i havent been very active in the last 6 months.. im a hairstylist so i'm always on my feet so i cant be too horribly sore everyday. any help would be amazing!
