Hey, my recipie that i'm still workin on but have so far is
3 Table poon lemon juice
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup otemeal
2 table spoons white sugar (otional just idea for quick jump)
Mix well (and very well blender mayb) or heat then cool (no ice cubes makes it taste funny)
Any others you guys have? This is Formula 3 happy weight liftin and weght losin' (that sounded better in my head lol)
Maybe you should drop the 2 tablespoons of sugar and put in a scoop or two of protein powder. Then this recipe would actually have some protein in it for gaining muscle.
