Silly question, but I dont know the answer...
I like to make protien shakes with fruit in a blender, but it could be a pain to just make 1 shake every day. Is it okay to make an entire pitcher of the shake and keep it in the fridge? I just dont know, would the protien go bad or anything?

I think it does lose something. From what I understand it should be mixed just prior to consuming. It might be all right on occasion, but that is my understanding.

There is no evidence in either way(good or bad) that I am aware of. However, I would suggest for no reason other than being 'sure', going through the 'pain' and doing them when needed. The longest I ever let one sit is overnight and this is actually sipped throughout the night when I wake up.
I am not a fan as you may guess of the ready made drinks. I think everything has a shelf life of some degree.

I do make protein shakes for the whole day, I have one in the morning and one in the late afternoon, but mine are more of protein smoothies with lots of fruits and yogurt added to them. I am like BB1, never let them sit longer than 12 hours so I am not sure of what is lost if anything in that amount of time.

i let one stay in the fridge for 24 hours and it just didn't taste right the next day. i don't know if that affected the actual supplement part, but something was off as far as taste goes.
